  • 2 lbs. pork shoulder meat removed from the bone
  • Water
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt


1- Put the pork shoulder in baking pan, add a little bit of water and cover with foil

2- Place in the oven at 375F for 60 minutes

3- Un cover the meat, raise the temperature to 450F and cook for another 30 min (all the liquid will evaporate)

4- The pork will brown, turn a couple of times every 7 min for a total of 2o min

5- The pork will be nice a crispy and ready to add to some corn tortillas

6- Guacamole always fit nicely with tacos, and add a little bit of spice with some salsa
