4 Octopus Tentacles (A small octopus)

1/2 red onion

1 small leek

frozen peas or canned quality

Seafood Broth for example a can the Bar Harbor Seafood stock

2 small sweet tomatoes (sauce)

Taste pasta (penne, spaghetti, etc.)


1- Cook the octopus in a holla express or sous-vide

2 Saute the onion and leek

3- When they are made to incorporate the broth and let reduce
