Ingredients

 

250 gr. butter (Miyoko’s vegan alternative)

5 dinner spoons of sugar

225 gr. all purpose flour (sifted)

225 gr. pecan nuts (chopped into small pieces)

50 gr. powdered sugar

Elaboration

 

1- Mix the butter with the sugar until it is creamy. Add the flour and the nuts. Mix well and then make little balls from the dough. Place on a cookie sheet.

2- Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 325 degrees.

3- Once baked, roll the cookies through the powdered sugar and let them cool off.

 

Note: You can make these cookies gluten free and dairy free using alternatives products. The ones in the picture are and taste great.
