• 2 lbs. pork shoulder meat removed from the bone
  • Water
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt


  1. Put the pork shoulder in baking pan, add a little bit of water and cover with foil
  2. Place in the oven at 375F for 60 minutes
  3. Un cover the meat, raise the temperature to 450F and cook for another 30 min (all the liquid will evaporate)
  4. The pork will brown, turn a couple of times every 7 min for a total of 2o min
  5. The pork will be nice a crispy and ready to add to some corn tortillas
  6. Guacamole always fit nicely with tacos, and add a little bit of spice with some salsa
