Paella Mixta (Visual)




Per person

  • 1 Cazo Rice Bomba Calasparra
  • 1 chicken thigh
  • 3 Prawns (depending on size)
  • 1/2 Spanish Sausage White Spanish or English Breakfast

Quantities will depend on the number of people

  • Tender garlic
  • String beans
  • 1 small spoon of sweet paprika
  • Saffron, Salt, Rosemary and Thyme
  • Olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan only
  • Tomato crushed, homemade or can (one medium tomato per person, can half a kg for 4-5 people)
  • Extras: Combine rabbit and chicken, add other vegetables (carrot, cauliflower, poblano pepper, leek, etc.)
